We had a minor emergent situation that (of course) cropped up on a Sunday afternoon. Per National Grid, I didn't need them, I needed an electrician. I called a number of "24/7 Emergency" electricians, but Tran actually picked up the phone, listened to me describe the issue, and let me know when he could be at my home. He arrived when he said he would, had everything he needed to complete the work, and was knowledgeable and courteous. I am truly thankful he was able to come out on such short notice (on a Sunday!). Thank you! We will be using NEC Electric again.
